Use of Service

  • You may upload contracts and documents only for the contracts analyzer tool use.
  • You may not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
  • You are responsible for any content you upload.

Data Security & Retention

  • Uploaded documents are processed securely in a private workspace.
  • By default, documents are not stored beyond the active session unless you request it.
  • If documents are stored, you may request deletion at any time by contacting us at agileclause@gmail.com.

    Accounts & Contact Info

    If you provide contact information, you agree that it is accurate and you have the right to share it.

    The AgileClause website, branding, and demo tool are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute without permission.

    Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

    AgileClause is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for errors, interruptions, or loss of data.

    We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability of outputs for specific legal purposes.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgileClause will not be liable for any damages resulting from use of the demo service.
